How often are news covers uploaded on the website? Daily weekly?

Whenever the admins have time to look through the uploaded covers to see if the new covers are up to standards.

There is no set schedule. Covers are submitted to the admins and on the forums all the time. Covers getting added to the official site (not just the forums) depends on how much free time the admins have. Most have full jobs and lives and this site is volunteer only.

Short answer: eventually.
