But I have one question.  If throwing vegetables into Wart’s mouth is the only way to kill him, then why does he keep a machine in his palace that generates an infinite number of vegetables ???

These are the things that keep me up at night. :P

Never mind the fact that a plumber (who is standing in for a short, rotund middle-eastern man) is in this room with a giant, menacing toad and is more than willing throw these veggies into said toad's mouth in order to thWart him :P

Its ok, hes dreaming it all anyway. So technically the plumbers dream is keeping the OP from sleeping and possibly dreaming something too.

This is considering the Super Mario Brothers 2 is not actually Super Mario Brothers 2. It's an entirely different game in Japan. They actually took the game Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic, and changed the main characters sprites and a few other things and slapped a Mario label on it.

So in all actuality, Mario dreams of identity theft.

I think most of us know the whole story behind SMB2.  But to me it doesn't matter.  It's still a great game and still my favorite.  Besides, my question was more a a joke than anything. :P

Exactly.

As this Mario's dream, so of course he dreams some means of defeating the enemy.
