Square-enix online store question

I have a quick question. Does the square-enix online store e-mail you an invoice to your e-mail which you used to setup your account with them and to they send an e-mail when they ship your item?

i believe i only got one email from them after i ordered an item on Black Friday.  I just got the item yesterday.  They are just slow and it's due to Digital River (so i've read on the forums).

I was charge for the item that I ordered but, I never received an invoice or shipping notice from them.

I did receive the item that I order earlier this week but, I am surprised that I was never e-mail an invoice or sent an e-mail that the item was shipped.
