Just got notification that my Ness is on the way
hopefully I can get some others in the wave after work tomorrow :/ And possibly try to trade my 2 Lucarios for a greninja and jigglypuff and my spare Ike for a robin or lucina

As a stand alone package yes.
It's only available as pack in with the game (the way I got mine) and part of the triple pack, but not as stand alone pack like all others are.
