I feel your pain. One of the GS's I go to has no record of my Shulk and Bowser preorder. I found my receipt and showed them but they already sold all the Shulks.

I think Shulk for 5/1/15 is still open in store.

The Skill Kid is not an Amiibo, it actually says it on the back that it has no Amiibo Functionality.  Preorders sold out on line in a hour or so, it was open in store the next day to be shipped to home. Jaks Pasific is also planning a Skull Kid figure for the World Of Nintendo line.

Also TRU shipped my Dedede, Sonic and Mega Man. 

Just need Ike from WalMart.

I just cancelled my pre-order because I was so pissed off.  I don't really need him because I did get one from a reliable GS. I just wanted another for trading for one of the ones I'm missing.

Today is the first day in a long while that I can just relax and enjoy the fact that I finally have all the amiibo out there that I actually want. I was able to nab Ike, Mega Man, and Sonic this past week!

I did my best fastest-finger impersonation yesterday and was able to reserve both Sonic and Mega Man in-store at Best Buy and Future Shop, respectively, when they went online. I had to travel an hour and a half round trip to pick up Mega Man, but dammit, I got him! About an hour and a half after that, Amazon sent me an e-mail telling me they are having trouble acquiring my item.

I can't believe how good it feels to not be compelled to check reddit every 10 minutes for updates! I guess all that I need to do now is wait for the next waves to be put up for pre-order. Truth be told, I'm only really considering picking up Robin from this next wave. After that, Game and Watch, Zero Suit Samus, and possibly Duck Hunt are the only ones I plan to grab. When its all said and done, I should have between 16 and 18 Smash Bros. amiibo.

It seems I'll be picking up the villains from the Super Mario line -- Bowser, Donkey Kong, and Wario. In case people missed it, here are the potential new DK and Wario designs:
