My store said (Before Toad) they would cut down preorders if one person preorderd 30,781 and there was not enough to go around or was very rare, so everyone got at least one.
IT is to combat scalpers, but also takes people preordering fro friends (Like me and my 3 Shulks) in to consideration.
Also I caved to the anticipation and preorderd Ness, Lucina, and Robin from Nin-Nin Game. I was going to add Pac-Man but that boosted the shipping up $10.
I feel that those 3 are going to be the hardest to find and preorders are running out fast. I can always cancel them if I get US preorders that are safe
2-5 Cancellations
The Buyer may cancel an order or pre-orde. Any pre-order may be cancelled at no cost until 7 days before the release of the pre-ordered product. When the cancellation occurs after this time, a fee of 10% of the item price is applied to the cancellation. In the same manner, any cancellation of an order that is not a pre-order will infer a fee of 10% of the item price. When an order has been dispatched, it is not cancellable anymore : the Buyer must then refer to the Right of Retractation described below.
The site was messing with me, it randomly set shipping to free, in the cart, to find in check out it was not, so I removed Charizard and Pac-Man.
