Sure you're right. I can't keep a game in it's original sealed condition, but back in the day, I didn't have to tear the box up to get the game out either. And new games have a case and the only way they get damaged is through neglect.
They made the amiibos to where they are displayable through the packaging. So why not? You can use Skylanders through their packaging. (At least the older ones.) also, they aren't action figures, the don't have moveable joints, so there is no reason to take them out of the packaging other than to bypass the aluminum tape.
I have found a decent way to where I can use them while they are still in the package but it's a pain in the ass to do.
So I'm not trying to be rude or argue with you, but since you don't have a reason, It sounds like you are trying to argue with me and how I want what I payed for to be the way I want, just for shits and grins.
