After reading the Reddit interview with the anonymous Nintendo rep, I figure (read: hope) that once the initial Smash Bros. run is complete, Nintendo will have a second print run of some of the harder to find amiibo and somehow make those available to the public. If this happens, I will definitely pick up a Wii Fit Trainer and a Pit.

I can vouch for the Copco non-skid organizer. Picked one up at Bed, Bath and Beyond, and it perfectly displays them to my liking. I'll probably need to pick up another for wave 3 though as the 18 from waves 1 & 2 fill up each row.

This guy bought 100 Rosalina & Luma amiibo simply because he hates the character. He's stated that he plans to do the same with Palutena, Robin, Lucina, and Zero Suit Samus.

I fail to see the logic in giving Nintendo money for a character you hate. Yeah, that'll send the message that the character is unpopular and discourage them from using that character in the future.
