Amiibos: Gotta Catch 'Em All.

The Mario boxes look very nice together. they have pictures all around the box of coins, blocks, Goombas and different Mario poses.

The DK and Bowser are in boxes. They look nice They have a window on the front that goes onto the right side and are both the same size. They are covered in rubber bands and twistie ties though. The 4"  are a pain to get out of the boxes, and the accessories come in ? blocks that are hard to open without damaging.

With Bowz and DK, BE CAREFUL WITH THE PAINT! They can have sloppy paint applications or scuffs. Mine do when I ordered them of line. DKs eyes are not quite painted right, they are a bit off center.

I'm still considering getting the Mario and Luigi - and I guess now Yoshi - Figuarts. The only Figuarts I have are some of the original 7 Power Rangers, and while the articulation takes some getting used to (I'm more used to modern Star Wars figures), they are some of the nicest figures I have.

For $20 or so a figure and $15 or so a set, I'd say its worth it. I suggest getting multiple Set A (Blocks) Shipping can be a bit high from Japan, but still cheaper than BBTS.

Ok, my bank account is still running low, thanks to Majoras Mask 3D. I have been meaning to post a sale thread of stuff, Including a Sm4sh Wii U bundle, Mario 3 eReader cards, Famicom games, among other things. This should pad my bank account a little, I still would like some larger orders for TT's Amiibo order when the box is ready.
I'll set this up tomorrow/ Later today.

Speaking of TT, how is everything going to be priced again?

My friend gave me money tonight for his 3 Amiibos. I'll get it deposited and I can get that payment and mine for the 5 total to you Friday. Also just need to know what the final pricing is going to be.

I was looking around $135, I ordered 2 accident from GS, and I got paid extra shipping and tax on top of the $100 original price tag.


Also, I got my Pit in today, and I'm rearranging my room so its a complete mess

I called Gamestop regarding another order I had for pick up, and I deiced to ask about Villager.

The employee said that due to all the price gouging on Villagers, Marths and WFT, and others, Nintendo is planning a re-release sometime soon. Nothing is in the system yet, but lets all just hope for the best.

I read an interview a few days ago from someone at nintendo and they said that they're going to treat amiibos kinda like how Disney treats their movies...release certain ones for a bit, stop then after a while release them again.  It's kinda like their way of circulating all of the characters without creating huge shelve spacing issues.

Yeah, I originally passed on picking up Wii Fit Trainer, but if they happen to re-release them, I may end up grabbing one. At that point, I might as well start rounding out the collection a little more. It will definitely benefit them to have more stock available -- I'll probably be living proof of that.

I found a eBay seller from Japan with decent prices on Marth, Little Mac, WFT, and Capt Falcon. $20-$25 each.
