Is Bravely Default : For the Sequel region locked question?

Is Bravely Default : For the SequelL game have a region lock because it seem to multiple language options on it like English?

According to play asia it is, but they also hint at a western release too...

I can't imagine there won't be a western release. The first game sold like crazy.

Well For the Sequel was actually released in the west already. For the Sequel is just the Japanese updated version of the first game, and in the west it's what we got localized, except here it's just called Bravely Default since we never got the original un-updated version in the first place.
Bravely Second is the actual sequel, though that's still in development.
