I have a second letter ready to go i just need to reinstall my printer drivers. i mean i want to curse the hell out of them but i have not because i want to get the matter resloved. in letter 2.0 i offered to send in my system to prove there is no hacking going on. i made a new account but the point is THATS MY NAME i lost. |

It may be in their terms of service that they can ban you - but I am pretty sure that clause cannot be upheld if they cannot give a reason. The page here https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1260/~/information-on-banned-accounts-and-consoles indicates that they can ban for pretty much whatever they like - but i would keep at them to tell you what it is you are supposed to have done. If you believe yourself to be innmocent of all listed violations, how are you supposed to know not to do whatever it was again. I think it's time you escalated the matter to someone above the monkeys on the front line support. They probably don't know the reason, and they will just fob you off, hoping you'll go away. I know you asked to speak to a manager the first time, but I would guess that it wasn't a manager you got passed to. One I would like to send the other I will send. I was also told to write them a couple days apart. |

In your complaint state the situation and the value of the unused PSN plus and that sony refuses to refund the amount. |
