Not sure if this is going to work but going to try it anyways. For some reason my PSN account was banned on PS4 for hacking/modding and I did not do anything of the sorts. I would not even begin to try as I just got my PS4 with a copy of Destiny and really loving playing it with my friends. I have a kudos level of OVER 9,000!!!!! If that means anything to you. I called the 1-800 number on 11/19/2014 and when I tried to find out about my account and when I asked to speak with a supervisor the call person transfer my call and that supervisor was very rude and when I asked about my account he said *its not yours anymore its lost* so I asked to talk to his supervisor and he said no it’s a waste of time. *Case Number 02972886* So I called back because I was mad. Not to the point where I was yelling or swearing *believe me I wanted to*. When I got ahold of someone the next supervisor was nicer and gave me this address to maybe get this over turned. Case Number 02973609. Please unban my account because I really need my account to play my game with friends its my only outlet as of right now.

11/25/14 update

At 4:30pm PST time i dropped the letter in the mail at my local post office. I have no clue if its going to do anything and i have yet to get a email saying why i was banned and what not.

12/1/14 Update

calmed down a lot my account is still banned but i made a new account i am able to leach off my main accounts PSN+ to play online games but i cant download PSN+ games so i lost that. All content on my system i can use with the new account so as long as the system does not crash i have access to my Ghost Edition content and my InFamous Second Suns collector's edition content. I am working on my Destiny all over again so that is going to take some work. As for the lost PS3/PS Vita content I am now going to hack those systems because i lost too much DLC and too much to just leave it and i dont care able online play with the PS3/Vita. Thanks to the people who made comments and read my rant and not bring me down because of it. i will keep you all posted if i get my main account back till then if you have a PS4 and want to add me my new account is RazzyDee

We received your letter to our Corporate offices and the answer remains that you account is banned permanently for violation of the Terms of Service agreement.
You will find no solution will be offered.
You need to make a new account in your region of residence.
We are sorry to have had to inform you of our decison in this case.
