Small Update
nothing new i just made out a letter and added i have a kudos level of OVER 9,000!!!!! and lets see where this gets me

Seriously, I think hammering away at their Twitter and facebook pages will get better results than a letter. Only one untrained monkey will see the letter, but tens of thousands will see the complaint on social media. Just be subjective, firm and honest. If you get over emotional it will lose impact.
