SONY RANT!!!!! 12/2/14 Sony Emailed Me

sorry i just need to vent.
for some damn reason my PSN account got banned today i went to check destiny stats and tried to log in and it said account suspended or banned. so i tuned on my PS4 and sure enough i was logged out of PSN i tried my password and the same thing happened. sony online is close till 5am *its now 4:13am* and the call opens at 8am. i just wanted to rant and ask if anyone else got a ban like this for no reason

I'm sorry but if I'm paying for a service and obeying the "rules", I better not ever have any problems.

found out from the chat i was banned and they would not tell me why now i need to wait 2 and half hours to call

I have never been banned and the only other person that I know who was banned was my brother. He was pissed off when that happened, took him several phone calls to get it all cleared up for him.

That blows. Do you have any suspicions of why your account was banned? Maybe trash talking, or a PSN handle that could be viewed as offensive?
