Google ABA therapy, and positive reinforcement (actively denying a reward until appropriate behavior is displayed).
You don't get a thank you, deny future reward until behavior is displayed, then reward.

I don't try to act the way I do. It's just that I feel a bit ignored when I see other peoples things getting responses and help, and people just usually skim over mine without a second thought. That's why I get a bit frustrated. Also, sheep2001, I'm sorry I didn't reply back and say thank you. I was busy helping my family out around the house before I start my new job next week.
