I've looked all over the forum and can't find a scan of it anywhere. It would be greatly appreciated if somebody could scan it.

I have this game, but it's for the Wii.  I can scan it if you want.  I'm sure some of the artwork could be transfered into a DS template.  It might be better than nothing.
