International NES Case Distributors NEEDED!

The title says in all!!!

I'm in need of a few guys to step up to the plate 

My idea would be to create groups of members in regional areas of the world and group their shipments together. People like Arseen, tiktak, and sheep are all pretty close to each other and I know there are at least a dozen others in their area who would buy these cases if the shipping wasn't insane.

Also would like regions like Australia and Canada! I mean c'mon! I know there are LOADs of you guys out there. 

Ideally, it would be 5000 cases per area. (Reason being 5000pcs come to a pallet)

So if we were able to do:
UK region - 5000pcs
Canada region  - 5000pcs
Australia region - 5000pcs
I know I can easily sell 5,000pcs in the USA

20,000pcs would would break me even on the product + pay the remaining half of the mould bringing me back to even. (Allowing me to get on the next mould)

So there are TWO things I need per region:
1.) An individual who will be the drop point for the shipment + be able to take on any remaining cases that are not absorbed in the initial pre-order. (Yes, you would be buying all remaining cases. HOWEVER! For this individual I will be giving you a special discount on the cases since you will be absorbing all of them) Once the pre-orders are gone, I'll get a tally of all the remaining cases that are out there (per region) And I will buy them back when I receive orders within your areas. (Or! I can just send you the orders name/addresses and I'd pay you to ship them to the proper addresses.)

2.) A list of all the guys in the proper region would want to pre-order these cases at $1.25UDSea (1-499pcs) and $1.00UDSea (500+pcs)

If this idea takes off, I'll be making a URL page on my site showing each region and how many have pre ordered within that region. (So the guy who is  the drop point can calculate how much he will have to shovel out at the end of the day)

Also! Doing it this way, I will only be charging the $1.25-$1.00ea for the product on the pre-order side. Once the shipment is about to ship and arrives at each drop point, I will take all the shipping per area and divide it among each cases that is sold. (Typically it comes to $0.02 per cases) THEN! you will be charged for the shipping from the drop point to your address. (So you would be going through the individual in your region who received the product.

THIS would work. But I need about 3 guys (1 per region) to step up to the plate and take a risk.

Shadowfox, I'm interested in helping you out, however, I'm not interested in being a vendor for the cases.

I have room to store a pallet of cases, and if I can get some info from a courier company that would perhaps do a once weekly pickup, and you handle the orders as you currently do through your website, and send me the mailing labels electronically.  I live in a very rural location, so I would not be able to do postal/courier drop offs.

This would depend of course on the level the preorders are sitting at, as I'm not interested in absorbing what's left over afterwards, and I have a tiny NES collection.  My motivation is to help you get on with the next moulds (segasegasegasegasega) and get these cases out to users at a more manageable price.

If it works out, we could talk about keeping a stock of your other cases out here to distribute.  But again, I don't have any desire to handle sales. 

Needs some further discussion to iron out if nobody else steps up, but thought I'd let you know.

I'd be interested in participating in this problem, I'm situated in Sweden (so sort of near Arseen and the likes), and also interest in casing my whole collection but due to crazy shipping costs it's basically impossible to get it done within a reasonable time due to pricing. Kudos for your commitment to the cause!
