In the event you want to do a simple Custom cover one. It wouldn't be hard to swap out the front image with the manual.

Thanks for the scans but, I am having problems accessing the scans from the links you provided for some reason.

Not sure what the problem could be. I logged out of my box.net account and it still let me see it. This is a link to the sub-folder containing the 2 images
