A Shift away from Modern games and Online Multiplayer
Head of Desserts:
Games aren't what they used to be. I remember when games were about adventure and taking a journey. We didn't care about graphics, or what IGN said, or Gamers gate, or videogame corporations drama, nickle and dime DLC tactics etc. We played with our friends sitting next to us. We played coop together or watched them play single player and have good times laughing. But we all grew up and moved away from each other. And now most of us have to deal with assholes and strangers in online games. I'm done with this generation(s), going back to retro.

i turn on my snes maybe 5 times per 1 time i turn on my ps4... also have been back on my ps2 recently running through my suikoden games... the newest generations are also not really for me...
Head of Desserts:
Suikoden are great games, I started playing the first one. Probably the only modern games I enjoyed the most playing were Demon/Dark Souls series.

It's not all black in black. You just have to pick the right games.
Some prime examples.
Demon's Souls / Dark Souls Series - Gameplay at it's finest
Mario Kart 8 - Woohooo!
Catherine - a unique and frustrating experience
