They look like PS1 long boxes. Or are they just regular DVD size?

Most are in tall boxes. But later they switched to regular jewel cases.

I think you've got it backwards. PS went to jewel cases, US Saturn were in the tall cases for the entire life of the consoles.

Na wiggy I got 2 Saturn games that were officially released in standard jewel cases that are NTSC. Really close to the end of the Saturn's lifespan.
