Sega Saturn Original Cases or Print?

Einhander:

I've noticed that some Saturn games can be harder to get cases for unless you're willing to spend. How do you think these compare to the real game long box cases?

ges311:

If you are talking DVD case with a printed insert vs. a long jewel box...there is no comparison.  There is nothing better then a minty long box game.

Saturn cases take up too much room, are highly fragile, and oftentimes too expensive. Heck, a lot of times they broke just from ordinary use.

While I still have a lot of my cases, as soon as I get a Saturn game I take them out the original case and put them in a DVD case, then put the original in a box and store them somewhere where they are 'safe'.

My US games:

There's no way I could have all my Saturn games in the limited amount of space my room has without using DVD cases.

I'm in the same boat. I'm slowly transfer all Sega CD and Saturn Games to DVD cases and I've already made a ton of room for other games. It's a bit annoying that my manuals wont fit though  :-\

That's funny.  I'm in the opposite boat.  I'm slowly buying up spare long box cases so that I can transfer all of my Sega CD and Saturn games from DVD to their original cases.  It's not easy. :-\ but I'm almost there. 8)
