After working on the White n64 verticals for so long I decided I also wanted my Snes games in a white format also. So I made one based heavily off of Wiggy's White N64 template. I also liked the idea of using a consistant spine so I went with a simple 8 bit font for that. (Font found here. I'm not going for a complete snes collection but I will make new covers as I acquire games and post them here. If you like what you see you can download the template here. If you ask nicely I would probably do request also. I like, though my only two gripes are the text on the back with the heavy shadow is a little hard on the eyes, especially when it gets really dense. The other thing that sorta bums me out is the complete lack of color in the spine. I feel like just a hint of color would really give these the little "oomph" they need to stand out. Hope you don't mind me putting in my .02 |
