No particular order, and there are tons of other games that I love, but this is my top 10 after thinking about it for just a minute.

Not particularly in order but it is close. I know i'm going to leave out a whole bunch of great games but a list of 10 is VERY difficult. Off the top of my head here are 10:
1. SNES - Donkey Kong Country 2
2. GBC - Pokemon Silver / Gold
3. N64 - WWF No Mercy
4. XBOX - ESPN NFL 2K5
5. NES - Super Mario Bros. 3
6. SNES - Super Mario World
7. GCN - Super Smash Bros. Melee
8. NES - TMNT 2 Arcade
9. GB - Pokemon Red / Blue
10. GCN - Mario Kart Double Dash

I always limit myself to one per franchise in this. In no particular order after number 4.
1. Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past (Like choosing between children with this and OOT)
2. Pokémon Fire Red (Upgraded version of the game I ahve the most nostalgia with, XY is probably the best put together Pokémon game thus far though)
3. Diablo 1
4. Earthbound
5. Borderlands 2 (I felt like the presequel was just this game with less funny writing)
6. Last of Us
7 Smash Bros Melee
8 TMNT: Turtles in Time
9 Final Fantasy 8
10. Super Mario World
