As others have said, this is too hard to narrow down to only 10 games so I decided to list my favorite game I currently own for each system I own, leaving out newer systems and handhelds to get it close to 10.

N64 - Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time
GCN - Pikmin
Genesis/32X/Sega CD - Rocket Knight Adventures/Kolibri/Sonic CD
Saturn - Albert Odyssey/Princess Crown (Gotta pick a Japanese exclusive for this system)
Dreamcast - Shenmue
PS1 - Castlevania Symphony of the Night
PS2 - Odin Sphere
Xbox (Original) - Halo Combat Evolved
3DO - Return Fire (Don't have many games yet so this is my favorite)
