It's unlikely to work with the N64 without internal mod, as per their site.

I backed this for all three cables. I think everyone should consider donating some level of money as they are going to do cables for other systems as well as a possible upscaler if these cables prove to have enough demand. Think how nice it would be to have an affordable option for GameCube component cables or an affordable upscaler. And the upscaler would solve any issues people are having with TVs that have issues with 240p.

Nope, it won't work. The N64 doesn't output RGB. However, as long as you have one of the earlier models, it's an easy mod. Also, the cable should work on an SNES mini, NES, or AV Famicom with an RGB mod.
