I've been looking at that since a while, looks like it's for real now :)

I tough that might be of some interest for all SNES and Genesis owner.

this may pop my cherry and be the first thing i back on kickstarter...

TDIRunner:

I'm interested in this because RGB is not feasible for my setup.  However, all of my switch boxes support component, and therefore, upgrading some of my consoles to component would be a very simple plug and play task.

Woulda been nice if this came out before I decided on a scart set up. Still tempted to back it... :-X

Might want to read the fine print. The TV you use with those cables must accept 240P signal, otherwise you'll still need some sort of converter box to get a decent picture on the screen, or even an image at all, putting you back in the same boat as before where buying a scart cable and converter would be pretty much the same thing and is already available.

Of course it you're using a CRT with component inputs, this would be a good idea for something plug-and-play.
