Gauntlet Legends (DC- jewel case), Raiden III (PS2- dvd cases), and NBA 2k6 PS2

Requesting:

Gauntlet Legends (Dreamcast)- Did anyone ever recreate the jewel case cover? I only see the dvd case cover, just checking.
Raiden III (PS2)- Would love to find a dvd case cover for this but I couldn't
NBA 2k6 (PS2)- Long shot but thought there would be a dvd case cover for it. I only found the xbox  360's

Any thoughts on these? Thanks guys!

The "More friends of Mineral Town" game is done but the above isn't. Sorry to be nitpicky. Does anyone have it?

I had to go ahead and just download the Gauntlet Legends DVD case cover (would still use the jewel case if I could get all the parts). Thanks so much to Mel for contributing so much to my needs here!

Does anyone have an NBA 2k6 cover for the PS2 or would be willing to hastily construct one? No worries if that's an impossibility. It's the last one I really need and it seems like it's too vague for people to care about.
