well last week Best Buy had a sale on Killzone and Knack for $19.99 and i bought my friend Knack and with my 20% off it came out to $17 and the other night he bought White PS4 from walmart.com for $459 before tax and was able to pick a game and i told him i would buy knack at bestbuy *as it was cheap* and when you order your PS4 add The Last of US *cost $40 at walmart.com* and we will call it even.

Ordered these a while back and they finally arrived!

Suikoden II I posted a few weeks back, I won it off eBay for about $100 - not bad, considering it is in excellent shape.

The rest I got buy 2 get one free at an online game store I used to frequent outside DC, and ended up paying $30 cash and $25 credit for the lot.

This pickup is special to me, because with it, I now own every Shin megami Tensei game released in North America.  Persona 3 for PSP, and Devil Summoner 1 and 2 were the only titles missing from my collection.  Having most of the games I want, i have shifted my collecting to certain types of games or themes, so this was a nice completion feeling for me...until Persona 5 comes out next year.

The other thing I am actively seeking/collecting is the entire RPG library for the PS1.  An expensive endeavor, no doubt, which is why I was glad to get most of these so cheap.  With these 3, I have about 50 out of 78 or so titles, so the collecting continues!

Went to Retrogamecon 2014 in Syracuse N.Y. on Saturday.  Mainly local panels and vendors, but the AVGN was there and his panel involved showing his movie and doing a Q&A afterward.  James Rolfe is a funny and entertaining dude.  Below are pics of my haul.

Are those black and white Saturn manuals authentic?  I have never seen b&w manuals for Saturn since the manual is the cover for the jewel case.

Also, I really wanted to go to that, but I couldn't make it to the east coast.  Maybe next year.  my friends said it was a good time

Those are pack-in manuals. The games just game in chipboard sleeves with artwork on em.  All three games were offered as pack-ins with the console a little later on.  They're legit.

This is my very first Saturn-related thing - I don't even have a system to play it on - but for 4 dollars I couldn't really pass it up.

I've been sort of avoiding getting a Saturn or any games for it, just because of its reputation for expensive games - Panzer Dragoon, Burning Rangers, etc. Oh well :P
