doing all this stuff.

I don't seem to get time to do much of anything else at the present time other than go to work.  :(

I haven't touched my consoles in a while and I think I need a break somehow before I actually break myself ....

I concur, you should definitely take a well deserved break.  I have phases where I'll get really into one thing (e.g. covers) spend so much time on it it's basically insane and then get burnt out.  My only request would be that before you take a hiatus, can you add the other consoles to the "upload a cover" drop down.  I was just trying to do a PSP cover upload, but I don't see the section for it.  I glanced at the forums real quick to see if there was a status on pending things, but I didn't see one (but I could have missed it).  I think there were some other consoles missing from the box too.

Anyways thanks for all your work, hopefully you'll have fun and come back to doing covers.  Oh yeah and I love the new site, everything being centralized is great and the setup is very high-tech and classy, it's great.

Take a break man. You did so much, the last few weeks there was hardly a day you didn't finish a cover or manual. I'd say get some much deserved rest, play all the games you missed the last weeks/months and recharge your batteries.

Nate, I think you got TheValeman and SnowCone confused.  :)

But definitely take a break Valeman - you deserve it!  Also, I'm still trying to get that pic of us from my cousin :(  I haven't forgotten.

Go ahead and take a well deserved break. There is no deadline on this project and I definitely want you to spend time with your family. After finals, I will help out more and contribute what I have. I have a blast doing this project, but I definitely do not want to get to the point where it feels like work.

lol. I know this was directed at Valeman, but since it's my site I'll go ahead and answer. :) I didn't realize PSP was omitted from the list so I'll get it added. Any other "bugs", just create a topic in the Feedback section and I'll get to it.

Hehe .... I think Nate1749 must've got his wires crossed somewhere during his long hiatus away from here.

I'll try and burn myself out getting the Dreamcast stuff in the raw scans categorised and ready to go online + finish off the other 12 odd N64 manuals before Xmas.
Wifey's going into hospital on Friday for 5 days so I'm on kiddie duty.... then she'll be out of action for 4 to 6 weeks while recovering .... so things are pretty hectic for me at the present time.

Valeman, I have plenty of stuff to get uploaded. Take a break and get your family back to normal. We aren't going anywhere. :)

ooops, sorry yeah...  i did get confused, well valeman definitely deserves a vacation, he was the one i sent an n64 too when he started to lose steam prior (that was you right?).  Although last time I think it was because he felt a lack of love from the board and this time just sheer exhaustion.  Either way take a break and if you want another n64 or something just let me know  :)

Yep ... that N64 is working just fine buddy. What else have you got?  :)

Last time I think I uploaded a truckload of N64 covers and no one else was contributing anything although they were happily buying cases and using the covers I created yet couldn't help me out getting some cases as Mediashelving dont ship internationally so yeah ... I got a tad peeved.

This time I'm just a tad burned out. It's okay scanning and creating a cover ..... but I've also submitted 70+ N64 manuals recently so you can guess how much scanning and editting I've done getting these done ..... and I think you'll find they're the best quality ones available anywhere on the net because I'm anal about the quality of the stuff I do ... especially for this wonderful project/cause. I'm still processing another 20 odd N64 manuals at the present time...

More importantly though .... with the wife on bed rest for 4-6 weeks I'm doing all the mundane stuff we normally share when it comes to feeding teenagers, food/Xmas shopping/ house work  blah blah .... so I may be a tad screwed for time until mid-January. Thats all ....

So nope .... I'm not blackmailing for gifts or anything like that .... just letting everyone know I may be out of view for a short time. Now if anyone has a spare Mario Kart 64  ;D

I still cannot believe the popularity in Mario Kart 64. The used Mario Karts on ebay get gobbled up so fast. I will definitely keep an eye out for a Mario Kart 64 at a garage sale or something for you TheValeman.

I don't understand it either because I think it's the worst of the Mario Kart series. I sold it to a friend 3 days after I bought it. I'd take Diddy Kong Racing over Mario Kart 64 anytime or rather play the excellent SNES/DS/GC-versions. The N64 version really is the only one I can get no fun out of.
