When you press print.  Check that you don't have fit to page ticked, selected, checked, chosen, picked tabbed or clicked.

You don't need to be tech savvy to try that.  I don't want to sound like an ass, but if you can't print a page, then please pack up your MacBook, and send it to me.

We have said the same thing so many times, and you haven't indicated that you have tried or even looked for it.  Please try it before asking again.  Thankyou.  ;D

When you print on windows directly from photo viewer, fit to paper is always on. If you are using a photo viewer to print on that Mac I think it will be the same (fit to paper on) problem, as Arseen and sheep had told before, try again be sure to have that part off, and results should be as expected.

@ Arseen and Sheep: Not jealous of both of you but I wanted to try explaining on Dominican-Italian English too  ::) :P

The cases finally came. I tried out starfox 64. So it looks okay after printing and placing, but it looks like the insert could be a fraction bigger. I'm having a hard time fitting the sides one hundred percent into it. You can see part of the front part on the sides. So there needs to be a slight adjustment.

As far as options, there really isn't any options when I go to print. I think I use PDF. It just prints. How come it doesn't ask me size, legal size, or anything like that? it just print.

Hmm, I tried wiggling around the insert and it seems to fit 99.9 percent perfectly. There is still some gap though, meaning there is still some space around the paper. Is it supposed to be like that? Looks 99 percent right, right now.

I think you should try with another pc, not mac (I always hated mac pc). If you know someone that knows how to use paint, photoshop or other similar and can print from there would be much better.

But 99% is not too bad either.

If you want you can wait other suggestions from members here

Well, it wasn't too difficult. I'm finished now. Now, I just gotta get the NES cases ready for use with the trimmers. I posted a picture of my new collection in the other section. I'm real excited. This is my new way of retro game collecting going forward.

As stated so many times throughout this topic and many other boards, the newer cases are a little smaller. You will need to compensate by either trimming it a little smaller or adjusting the scale.
I have a MacBook Pro, and I dual boot windows on it. I recommend doing the same that way you can utilize all the options that everyone has been saying.
What are you looking at? You think baby's don't like video games? THEN YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT BABIES!!
