| SNES mod question |

Ive read that the original snes version could output component quality video with a few mods. Also read that the mini version did so even better. How much of an improvement is one over the other? Also im using s-video now so would rgb on ANY version be a big upgrade? |

Here are the options i have...straight component on original snes, rgb on snes mini, component on mini and s-video on original snes. I dont like the idea of scarts and converters and whatnot especially if im not even sure it'll play on a Trinitron. Straight component seems easier and an improvement over a-video but isnt that only on the mini? |

The mini doesn't support component You can mod it to support it, but there's no native support. |
