I once had a scan of Pocky and Rocky 2 but I didn't keep it once I finished the vertical cover. I have this image.

i dont have that game but believe it has a foil cover which makes it extremely hard to get a decent scan off of , maybe someone can make a custom cover

Yeah it took me less than minute to find above image (the one larryinc64 linked) as well as one which is ready cover (I didn't check was it Saturn or DVD size).

It was a pain (at least for the cover); two days of cleaning and reconstruction the Dragon Force logo which was originally foil. This was the image originally. Larry added the Bevel and Emboss to the text.
