It's very difficult to find the right kind of shelve to store my games. Usually they are too big or too small. You never see any medium cabinets, I wonder why. 79 inches is a little too bit high and I'm looking for one about 25 inches wide or less. Of course with all the cases I'm printing out, I'm going to need some room to display this. Anyone know any good, affordable shelve companies? I have been searching for days and can't believe how difficult it is to find something reliable.

I think the "best" way is going to be custom shelves.  I've seen some in these very forums that are sick looking.  I don't even think they're too difficult to make as far as woodworking goes.  I'm considering doing that myself, though I have other things eating my time/money first.

Always more stuff to spend money on, especially since I discovered this site.  :D

Just go into the forums section and search for shelves. Wiggy has some pretty nice looking shelves he has build. There are others here and there. I have some media shelves they are about 7 foot tall and about a foot wide. That way I can make my shelves fit just about anywhere.
What are you looking at? You think baby's don't like video games? THEN YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT BABIES!!

And mine did not require a ton of wood-working skill, nor did they require a ton of expensive tools :)

I just used media shevles from Target. It's been a while but I think they're about $100 each. They can be adjusted to fit pretty much any game case.

Thank you all. some of you got great stuff. But my concern is dust. How hard do you think it would be for me to get custom glass doors? I really worry about acquiring dust.

Dust? I dust once a week. If we can figure out a solution for dust, we could become millionaires.  Maybe you can put filters in your vents and use one of those air purifiers. And some kind of sticky tap that attracts dust... possibly seal off the room!  ;D

I've seen a few collection that are housed in glass cases. I'm sure it's expensive. You're probably going to have to look at retail displays or building somethings yourself.

I went with Atlantic Oskar 464 Multimedia Storage Cabinet. Now this was an affordable solution at 49 bucks. It may not be a permanent solution but hopefully it will get the job done for now. It may not trap all the dust, but then again, the plastic cases will trap the dust from getting into the games. I'll have to dust every couple of weeks, no biggie. It's going to look good I think.
