Thanks. I think I going to just do the straight up mod with region switch and ground pin 29 so I don't have to worry about an adapter. From what I've looked at, grounding pin 29 is the hardest part and it has to happen whether or not you get an adapter. So as long as I'm opening the system up and making changes, I might as well do the whole thing and skip the external adapter.
