Sega Saturn action replay custom label / cartridge

After a long absence from The Cover Project, I am back to making covers and stuff again! Recently I picked up a Sega Saturn for the first time, and like most Saturn collectors one of the first things I bought was an Action Replay so that I could play all those delicious imported Japanese games, along with the built-in memory expansions and extra storage space. As many Saturn fans probably know, the Action Replay cart is ugly as sin. Perhaps it's not so bad if you have a white Japanese Saturn, but the combination of cheap white plastic and the gawdy, poorly-printed label just plain look wrong when plugged into a Saturn, especially since it will likely be in there for a long time. Not to be dismayed, I came up with a solution! On eBay, it's possible to find empty black Action Replay cartridges, so I picked one up and set about making a custom label that would better fit with the Saturn's aesthetics. I printed it up on glossy photo paper and attached it with some spray adhesive. On the left, you see the original cartridge housing, and on the right is the cartridge in its new housing.
Here is it plugged into my Saturn. I apologize for it's appearance-- like I said, I just recently picked it up, and I have not had a chance to clean it up. As you can see though, the new cartridge label is designed to look nice while plugged into the system. No logos being cut off half way or anything like that.
Lastly, here's the download link for the full .png file. I highly recommend printing it on photo paper since it will look a heckuvalot nicer and be much more durable than regular paper. I made the image large enough for there to be a little bit of bleed area, so expect to trim off a bit from all the sides when you print it up.

Enjoy!

I like it. I don't own one of these yet, but I've been looking and I didn't like the idea of a white cart sitting in my Saturn.
