Playstation 1 long box cover dimensions

What are the dimensions for the Playstation 1 long box covers? Thanks

It depends because there are three different styles of long boxes for the PS1. I own two of the styles, so I can let you know about those when I get home tonight.
Only one of the styles uses actual inserts in a case. That is the one you have above (which is my scan ;)). I'm about 99% sure that it will have the same dimensions as a Sega CD or Sega Saturn insert, but I will double check that tonight.
The other two log box styles didn't have inserts. They just had the image printed onto the cardboard or plastic case. The plastic cases were actually pretty nice. I wish that all PS1 games came in those. I have a few of the plastic cases, but I don't own any of the cardboard cases.

One other question. Any chance you might be willing to convert the above scan into a standard CD jewel case insert? I also have a scan of the front.

Oops. I just remembered that I still need to measure these. I made a note to look at them tonight.
Unless someone else can confirm that the dimensions are the same as Sega CD or Sega Saturn.

Ok, so I've confirmed that the PS1 jewel case long box inserts and manuals are interchangeable with Sega CD and Sega Saturn. I noticed that the PS1 manual was about 1/16" smaller than the Saturn manual, but there is enough wiggle room in the case that this wouldn't matter.

Manual 4.75" x 7.9375"
Insert 6.875" x 7.875"
