Thing weighs 250lbs., and it doesn't work with light gun games (like many late CRTs), so it ended up being useless for me, since I only bought it to play light gun games with. |

I'm sure it's a quality tube, assuming it's in good working order. If Sony ever did anything the best, it was CRTs. No idea on compatibility with light guns. Generally speaking the very late model CRTs aren't perfectly compatible with all light guns. Some won't work at all, some are spotty (mine is spotty at best, KV-36XBR250), and some seem to be pretty compatible. You can check on digipress. There are a lot of discussions about which TVs are compatible and not. Your model may pop up in a search. Worth a look at least :) |
