Hello. I'm looking for a case insert for the GameCube Interactive Multi-Game Demo Disc: Version 18 (NTSC-US). Raws or a completed insert would be of great help.
Don't know if this would be of help, but there is an excellent cover scan of version 22
here from GameScanner. Perhaps could be photoshopped for version # 18, proper ESRB logo (RP-T, not RP-M), part number (DOL P D77E), and have Donkey Konga logo removed. A lower quality scan of the front for 18 can be found on
Amazon.
