If you meant on the Nintendo Copyright... no, this is not the reason. Although I do not believe this is my place to explain the real reason. (Retro is a TCP member and if he feels like explaining he can do so ;D)
If you meant on the site to expand his products... yes. I have good solid reason to believe he is expanding is product lines. ;)

Strange, the page loads on my phone (with a message saying that they're temporarily down), but won't load at all on my PC.
