I kinda hope they will crack down on all the bootleg Mario figures on eBay.

I guess when Retro Game Case is up, his website will be down as it is illegal to sell unauthorized reproduction case. Just my guess.

Ouch.  Tusk actually provided a useful service, unlike those who were printing TCP covers and shoving them into UGCs.  That's a bummer :(

Yes, ouch is correct. Tusk is the biggest hit to me  :'(

I used to sell some gameboy covers like a year ago on eBay, being the only dude in Australia to do it, it was alright. Nothing major probably only moved around 100 cases over time, but then eBay shut me down with no warning around 6 months ago or so.

I realised it wasn't worth my time and the market just wasn't here. Plus I'm not willing to lose another eBay account due to idiots.

I'm hoping they don't crunch down on NES and SNES repro's, I've got so many to buy yet

Yeah, I know, but I think if it is against the copyright laws, then it will be removed.

Wait, you're looking to buy repros on eBay?  The prices there are often insane :(

Oh my bad, probably should of clarified. I jump topics a lot haha. I just meant obtaining repro's in general. Cheapest PAL repro's I can get for cart only range between 50 and 60 bucks :( Blows hard.

Not necessarily. LOTS of stuff on eBay violates copyright/trademark, but many things seemingly aren't on their radar. Repro games are WAY more of a copyright infringement than reproduction covers printed on a sheet of plain paper, but they are absolutely rampant, not to mention that the prices are insane.

This is just bad because someone wants just one or two cases.

Is that someone you?
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I was wondering if this might happen someday.

It looks like there are still several sellers on Etsy though.
