BitBox Wholesale?
Are we able to buy these boxes, blank and print out our own cover for them as we are able to do with mediashelving.com?

Yes. If you check Stone Age Gamer's website, you can see that cover art printing is optional for both NES and SNES BitBoxes. You can also order up to 100 at once.
