Does it?  I'm wondering if it might be your hardware/software that gives it a red tint.  I printed out my GBA Sword of Mana cover from this site not long ago and it doesn't appear red to me at all.  In fact, it's got a blue tint.

image/adjustments/auto colour in photoshop should clear up any unwanted tint.(sometimes you may want to play manually, but give it a go - i just did on this cover, and it was certainly improved)

It has a red-ish / pink-ish tint to it on both my MacBook and Vista Laptop. I've printed it off of both and get that. Meanwhile a google search for it gives me a cover with a pure white background.

I don't have photoshop, but I give paint.net a shot.
