No, chips on carts are rom, not erasable.

sorry if i went into a grey area i am just looking for help to make custom repro famicom carts. i want to pull the jap eproms from the Dragon Quest games and replace them with new ones of Dragon Warrior but with the Dragon Quest title screens. just because i like the name of Dragon Quest better
