Why does it take so long for covers to be uploaded?

We are buzy in our lifes and/or not high enough quality covers and/or because of too new console where not varanted reason for posting covers (ie normal covers for people who have special editions or steelbook cases).

I thought some new Admins were not able to access the cover uploads, was that fixed?
