Pretty sure the smoother sleeves are newer, when I bought my first box of UGCs almost four years ago they had the rougher sleeves. |

I just got 2 cases in this week and they are the smooth version. I prefer them over the textured ones. |

Standard legal sized copy paper (20lb) I think. I guess it's just the luck of the draw on these. Tempius, What day did you place the order and what vendor? Thanks |
