Request: Retail cover of Nushi Tsuri N64 UGC Done

Hi again guys. My copy of Nushi Tsuri on the N64 finally arrived today off eBay.  I'm a hugh fan of the Harvest Moon series and this game is from a spin off of that series (namely the River King series). I found the front and back cover off a site and was wondering if someone could put together a  retail cover.
