--- Quote from: kingjohn3 on September 03, 2014, 10:15:58 AM ---From what ive read, no matter how good the tv is if there is a screen much bigger than 27-32 then its gonna look stretched. Has anyone else heard/read this? --- End quote --- I haven't heard that. From my experience, it just gets difficult finding TVs much bigger than 32" without going to a rear projection which often doesn't look very good, especially if they are older (and they will be older). I think if I found a 32" for a good deal I would get it and be done looking as long at it met the following requirments: Compatible with all of my light guns (several listed earlier) Compatible with R.O.B. Good picture quality Overall good condition (not beat up) Sony (almost all of my A/V equipment is Sony, and I prefer to keep it the same) Under $40 |

If the TV has a "digital comb filter" or a line scaler, that's going to make light guns not work. Should have clarified that. That's been my experience at least. |

My main concern is rich colors & crisp detail. Prolly wont play light gun games. Im hoping the S-Video helps it look better. I never had that cable when i was a kid. |
