Tv for old school question

I haven't heard that.  From my experience, it just gets difficult finding TVs much bigger than 32" without going to a rear projection which often doesn't look very good, especially if they are older (and they will be older).

I think if I found a 32" for a good deal I would get it and be done looking as long at it met the following requirments:
  Compatible with all of my light guns (several listed earlier)
  Compatible with R.O.B.
  Good picture quality
  Overall good condition (not beat up)
  Sony (almost all of my A/V equipment is Sony, and I prefer to keep it the same)
  Under $40

Oobgarm:
If the TV has a "digital comb filter" or a line scaler, that's going to make light guns not work. Should have clarified that. That's been my experience at least.

My main concern is rich colors & crisp detail. Prolly wont play light gun games. Im hoping the S-Video helps it look better. I never had that cable when i was a kid.
