Just ordered 20+ CIB Super Famicom games.

I'm trying to hold off on buying anything for a bit myself, we JUST closed on the old house Friday, so I'm down to a single mortgage.  I'm also at 1996 games listed it game collector, so I want to find a nice one locally for # 2,000 so I can take pics of it and the receipt.   Was thinking of maybe getting an arcade machine if I find one I like.

I got a few things recently.

Went to PAX Prime when I got out of work Friday afternoon. Got the CAH Bigger Blacker Box and expansions 3, 4, and 5.  Picked up N2O, and Fighters Megamix for 5$ each while at the show.  The JP version of Mind= Zero was a fuck up on my part.  I got it on Ebay for BIN of 15$  was super ecstatic it was so cheep.  Got it in the mail and didn't realize I bought the JP version, NOT the NA one.  Oh well I read its pretty linear so I will see what I can do it was only 15$ anyway. (and no the seller said no returns)



Next I had the CAH creators sign my box.  Also they were making custom cards for people.  They just asked me so questions and ended up with what you see there.  They were O.K. but they were doing thousands a day and had to be quick so they cant sit there thinking of really funny and good stuff.  I will not add it to the game as its a one of a kind.  (not sure why they thought it was a secret.  I own all her CDs and her Movie.  Maybe its because I am covered in tattoos, have piercings, and am a big dude?)

And it's not the most impressive title, but I picked up game number 2,000 last night.  I had a pick of this game, Breath of Fire II for 2x it's normal price, or Uncharted Waters: New Horizons for 2x it's normal price.  So I give to you game #2000:




I'm going to try to find a good frame for it and the recept, the game itself I'll keep outside of the case with all the other sega CD games, right now they're in slimline cases but I think I'll move them to DVD or poly cases soon.

I also picked up a CIB Aidyn Chronicles for half it's normal value there, Desert Falcon for 2600, and the electric company math fun for intellevision.

I'm just around the corner from game number 700.  I wouldn't have known that except I just happened to count them last night.  I don't count digital games, but I debate on whether or not I should count games built into the systems (such as the 20 games built into the Neo Geo X or Snail Maze built into my Master System).

I also debate on whether or not you could count a digital game if it is ONLY available as a digital game.  I'm thinking about games like Tomb Raider: Guardian of Light or Sonic the Hedgehog 4.  But at the end of the day, I feel as though those games shouldn't count.

Right, since I was into emulation for years, I have complete "goodsets" with bad dumps and over dumps, and I have a few hundred thousand roms.

Most digital-only are half-assed games vs their hardcopy brothers, so that makes it easy to not count them.  Any legit games though that are digital only suck, because you just have them, you're not collecting them.  Maybe if you made a backup on physical media, and made a CD cover and case you could count it, but even then it seems fishy.

Oh and the 2000 doesn't count duplicates, but does include label variations.  Nes I have very few variations, but Atari and Intellevision have more than a few.

I just counted my physical games.  940.  I was going to count digital since they 100% count since they are paid for but i got to lazy.  Its at lest another 300.

Picked up Snowboard Kids on 64 for 6 bucks, Links Adventure on GBA for $15 and Kingdom Hearts 3DS cart only for $12.
