Making a console box

Hi everyone!
I have a Game Boy Color Pokemon Special Edition, but I don't have the box.
I was thinking about making its own box, but I don't know how should I do it.
Has anyone ever done this before? Should I print the original covers on a good quality paper, or there is a better way?

I can help you out with this.  I have a handful of China-made replica GBC boxes at work.  You can either A) Use them as is (I believe they are yellow or green), or B) Create your own art work, trim it, and adhere it to the existing box (which is something that I do all the time).
