Blue Genesis Covers

Like others before me, the lack of standardization with Sega Genesis cases was driving me crazy, so I finally worked up the motivation to whip up some custom cases. Personally, I've always identified the color Blue with the Sega so that's what I wanted to do, and here were the results.

- I make no claims to being good with Photoshop. I am in fact the opposite of that

You are right, Blue is Sega color in my opinion too.

Ssomehow the blue dots seem washed out, I think there is template somewhere with stronger contrast.

That was deliberate, I found them distracting. The template has two layers for the dots - the duller one as the base and another one to emphasize them. I hid the brighter one but left the duller one to maintain some texture.

I really like these.  Do you have a .psd template you're willing to share?  I wouldn't mind working on a few as well and posting them here.  I agree, my genesis collection is the single eyesore I have where I have covers with different colored spines, etc, drives me nuts.
